The German car manufacturer Mercedes Benz Academy in association with Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha, Pune introduces “Advanced Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics” (ADAM). The major reason for introducing this diploma is to ensure adequacy of skilled automobile experts considering recent cars with high end technology. The Mercedes Benz Academy is involved in planning the course syllabus, development of modern electronics lab, car bay, aggregate training rooms equipped with Mercedes Benz training cars, engines. It also supplies tools and equipment to train students is in line with the fast growing luxury automotive sector, not only in India, but across the world. MBIL trains faculty members in the area of Mechatronics.
This advanced diploma will create qualified, industry ready skilled manpower to be recruited at dealership of Mercedes Benz as well as other brands automobiles, automotive manufacturing plants and also at automotive R&D centers. The total Investment for ADAM course by Mercedes Benz across all institutions through CSR is INR 5.5 Crores including cars given to the institutes.
